About Us
Green Pastures Orphanage is a project of Tanzania Child Resque Network (NGO) Reg: 00NGO.0495 purposed to rescue the needy children in Tanzania from their legal child rights caused to numerous factors .i.e. the right of education, proper medication, shelter and balanced food diets.etc
ORPHANAGE LOCATION.
The orphanage is Located at Kinondoni District, Bunju B, along Bagamoyo road, Dar es salaam.
TARGET GROUP. (Age 3 – 18 years).
- The Destitute child: One who is needy and without hope of turning the education and home into reality.
- The Orphans: The child who doesn’t have parents and guardians to look up for counsel advice and direction.
- The needy child; one who doesn’t have basics provision and care of life eg. Clothes, food and love in a home set up.

Our Achievements
- Most of the children got the privilege of acquiring quality nursery school education and got selected to join primary schools.
- Much above all, we managed to feed , cloth and find sponsors who are committed to provide medical care in case of a child gets sick.
- We diagnosed the general health status to all the children with HIV/AIDS and the results were positive to all the children with minor cases of malaria noticed. This exercise was conducted by the project abroad volunteers doctors in conjunction with the Mwananyamala doctors in Dar es salaam.
- Introducing some poultry keeping as well as goats. Through this, the children benefit from eggs and meat hence contributing to their health Enhancements. Etc.

Future Goals & Initiatives
Due to the increased number of children we are currently establishing a nursery school within our area so children can access education within the premises and avoid the need to travel a distance to go to school.
